A Disabled American Veteran (DAV) Service Officer will be at the VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), 1101 Opal Court, Hagerstown, MD. the Third Thursday of each month by appointment only. The date for this month’s visit will be June 20, 2024. The DAV Service Officer will be available to provide information and prepare VA claims to obtain VA benefits for Service Members, Veterans, their Spouse and Dependents.
